At Janine's Artistry, we are committed to providing high-quality skincare tools. Each The Pore Polish™ device is inspected before shipment to ensure it meets our quality standards.

30-Day Limited Replacement Warranty

Every The Pore Polish™ device includes a 30-day limited warranty beginning on the date of delivery. This warranty covers verified manufacturing defects or functional malfunctions occurring under normal, intended use.

Covered Defects:

Device does not power on. Charging or battery malfunctions caused by manufacturing defects. Ultrasonic vibration function stops working due to a manufacturing defect. Other verified manufacturing defects affecting the device's functionality.

Warranty Resolution: If a manufacturing defect is confirmed within the warranty period, Janine's Artistry will provide a replacement device of the same model at no additional cost. We do not offer store credit as a warranty resolution. Any additional remedies required by applicable law remain available.

Warranty Exclusions

The warranty does not cover:

  • Accidental damage, drops, or physical impact. Water damage or improper cleaning and disinfection. Misuse or failure to follow product instructions. Unauthorized modifications or repairs. Normal wear and tear, including cosmetic scratches. Damaged caused by improper storage or handling.
